Common Questions About Our Services
Each 60-minute session includes a warm-up, your main workout, and a cool-down. Your coach guides you through every exercise, adjusts weights and intensity, and provides technique feedback. You also get your programme in writing so you can train independently between sessions if you wish.
Absolutely. Many members start with personal training to build a foundation, then transition to group classes once they're confident with technique. We can adjust your membership at any time based on what's working for you.
We ask for 24 hours notice for personal training cancellations so we can offer the slot to someone else. Cancellations with less notice are charged at 50%. Group classes can be cancelled up to 2 hours before without penalty.
We offer quarterly and annual payment options with modest discounts. However, we deliberately avoid heavy upfront commitments because we want you to stay because it's working, not because you're locked in.
Our class schedule includes strength training, conditioning circuits, mobility sessions, and sport-specific preparation. Classes run from 6am to 8pm on weekdays, with a more relaxed weekend schedule. All classes are suitable for mixed ability levels.
