Getting Here
By Car
We're located just off the A56, approximately 10 minutes from Manchester city centre. There's free parking available in the business centre car park. Enter through the main gate and we're in Unit 7, on your right as you drive in.
By Public Transport
The nearest Metrolink stop is Cornbrook, about an 8-minute walk away. Several bus routes stop on Chester Road, including the 15, 41, and 263. From there, it's a short walk down Mill Lane to the business centre.
By Bicycle
Secure bike storage is available inside the facility. We have basic repair tools and a pump if you need them. The facility is accessible via the Bridgewater Canal towpath for those cycling from Salford or Stretford.

Training Space
280 square metres of dedicated training floor with quality equipment. No waiting around for machines during peak hours.
Changing Facilities
Clean, well-maintained changing rooms with showers, hairdryers, and complimentary toiletries. Lockers are provided at no extra charge.
Member Area
Comfortable seating area for before and after sessions. Water station, coffee, and healthy snacks available for purchase.

Comfortable athletic clothing and clean trainers. We'll do some light movement during the assessment to get a sense of how you move, but nothing too strenuous. Bring water if you prefer your own bottle.
Yes, parking in the business centre car park is free for members and visitors. There are about 30 spaces available, and we've rarely seen it full even during peak evening hours.
You're welcome to drop by during opening hours to have a look around. However, if you'd like a proper tour and conversation about joining, booking ahead ensures someone is available to give you their full attention.
We aim to respond within one working day. Emails received on weekends are typically answered on Monday morning. If something is urgent, mention that in your subject line and we'll prioritise it.
