We started spotlessflight because we were tired of seeing people fail in environments that weren't designed to help them succeed. Our story is simple: create a space where good coaching is the standard, not the exception.
How We Got Here
In 2016, our founders were working as personal trainers at a large commercial gym. They watched clients sign up with enthusiasm, struggle without proper guidance, and eventually cancel their memberships feeling defeated. The gym's business model depended on people not showing up. Ours depends on the opposite.
We opened our first location with three coaches and a simple promise: everyone who trains here will have access to qualified support. Eight years later, that promise still holds. We've grown carefully and deliberately, adding coaches only when we could maintain the quality of attention our members expect.
We're not interested in becoming the biggest fitness facility in the country. We're interested in being the one you'll still be training at five years from now.

Our Journey
