Not at all. We work with complete beginners, people returning after years away from exercise, and those recovering from injury. Your starting point doesn't matter; your willingness to work does.

Comfortable workout clothes, trainers, a water bottle, and a towel. We provide everything else. Arrive about 10 minutes early so we can get you sorted before the session starts.

Yes. If you're away for more than two weeks, let us know and we can pause your membership. We'd rather you come back refreshed than feel obligated to train when you can't.

We're smaller, more personal, and more hands-on. You won't be left to figure things out alone. Every member has access to coaching support, whether you're in a group class or training solo.

We offer a complimentary assessment session for new members. This gives you a chance to see the facility, meet the team, and discuss your goals before committing to anything.
